HOW ARE YOUR BIKE FITS DIFFERENT THAN THE BIKE SHOP?

The bike industry understands product sales, bicycle repairs and marketing. Physical therapists understand pain, injury, ergonomics, and biokinematics (how the body moves). Who would you prefer fitting your bicycle?

At Crankworks PT we do not stock saddles, stems, handlebars, etc. so clients will never feel pressured to purchases unnecessary equipment during their fit. To support our amazing local bike shops, we provide an "equipment prescription" that can be filled at your place of choice.

WHAT IS A "BIKEPT" AND WHAT CERTIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE?

A BikePT is a physical therapist with advanced training in bike fitting, ergonomics and the biomechanics of cycling. BikePT and Pedal PT Academy are two advanced certifications that allow Crankworks PT to be the region's leader in assessing cyclists and bike fitting. CAN I USE MY HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA)/FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA) FOR YOUR SERVICES?

Just because your health insurance provider may not cover one of our services does not mean you can not use your HSA/FSA dollars. However, as with health insurance benefits, it is always best to call your HSA/FSA provider to assure coverage.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR TEAMS/CLUBS?

Yes! We believe a healthy cycling community is a connected cycling community (and properly bike fit!). We are currently the official bike fit and physical therapy provider for the University of Arkansas Cycling Club and Race Team. Have your club/team liason reach out to us for questions.
